BENIN CITY – The Edo State chapter of the Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN) has congratulated the Secretary to the Edo State Government (SSG), Umar Musa Ikhilor (Esq.), on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as an exemplary public servant whose dedication has continued to strengthen governance in the state.
In a statement issued on behalf of the association and its executive members, the Edo State Chairman of RTEAN, Comrade Osakpamwan Eriyo, lauded Ikhilor’s leadership qualities, describing him as a dependable administrator, a committed public servant and a key driver of the state’s development agenda.
Eriyo said the SSG’s humility, professionalism and unwavering commitment to duty had earned him widespread respect and contributed significantly to the success of the administration of Governor Senator Monday Okpebholo.
“Umar Musa Ikhilor is a thorough administrator, a dependable leader and an engine room of the Edo State Government. His commitment to effective governance and the progress of Edo State continues to inspire many people,” Eriyo stated.
The RTEAN chairman further described Ikhilor as a devout Muslim and a leader whose dedication to public service has remained exemplary, noting that his contributions have continued to support the delivery of good governance across the state.
While celebrating the SSG on his birthday, Eriyo prayed for God’s continued guidance, protection and abundant blessings upon him.
“We pray that Almighty God grants him many more years of good health, divine wisdom, strength and greater accomplishments as he continues to serve the people of Edo State with distinction,” he said.
He also wished the celebrant continued success, fulfilment and peace, expressing optimism that Ikhilor’s service would continue to yield positive results for the people of Edo State.
According to Eriyo, members of RTEAN across the state joined Ikhilor’s family, friends and well-wishers in celebrating the milestone and wished him many more years of impactful service to Edo State and Nigeria.
